We made our very first shirt in 1978, shortly after our team returned from Daewoo’s garments factory in South Korea. Our staff came home armed with the skills and technology to kickstart Desh Garments’ journey toward becoming Bangladesh’s premium manufacturer of 100% export-oriented ready-made garments. Over the years, we’ve made other apparel besides shirts. But today we’ve returned to where we started: Shirt making. At our corporate office in Dhaka that very first shirt now sits in pride of place – a reminder of what we do well. Our shirts are stitched from materials sourced from China, Thailand, and right here in Bangladesh. We can also work with your materials. Our factory in Chittagong has a capacity of 220,000 pieces/mo and a volume of 200,000 pieces/mo. Our internal design department works with you to bring your product ideas to fruition. And we can faithfully reproduce your designs to your exact specifications.
